In most cases, changing your address is possible, but it depends on a few factors. If your new address is in the same city as the old one and the new postcode is within our delivery area, we can consider making the change. However, if your order has already been picked up, we won't be able to alter the delivery address. Is the delivery already on its way? You will have to wait until the package is returned, which will happen automatically if the carrier cannot deliver the package.
