We are sorry to hear that your package is damaged. We will do our best to resolve this issue. Here’s what you can do:

  1. If the package is intact but the products are damaged or incomplete, please contact the store where you placed your order. They will assist you with the next steps.

  2. If both the package and the products are damaged, don’t worry! Click the chat icon in the right corner or send an email to our support mail ([email protected]) to reach our support team. Please provide your order number and track & trace code so we can help find a solution as quickly as possible.
